Organic
Directly from organic farming an absolutely natural extra virgin olive oil with an intense aroma and notes of ripe fruitiness. Santagata Organic is a complex and harmonious extra virgin, excellent with medium-structured dishes such as shellfish, mollusks, meat and fish carpaccios, cooked and raw vegetables with a sweet tendency.
Must
Cuor di Mosto and Novello, limited edition from 15 November to 31 January. The first fruits that Santagata harvests and bottles still raw to enhance all the genuineness of the product. An unfiltered, naturally cloudy oil for lovers of pure extra virgin.
Aromatic
From the combination of extra virgin Classico and fresh, premium ingredients come four Mediterranean specialties that satisfy the most discerning palates: Garlic and Chili, Basil, Lemon and Truffle.
Ceramics
Thanks to the collaboration with the historic Albisola-based ceramic production company Mazzotti G. 1903 Ceramiche Albisola, the collection of Le Ceramiche di Santagata was born.
Olive oil

Obtained by processing olive pomace oil and adding virgin olive oil. Thanks to its high smoke point, which enables it to withstand high temperatures, it is a genuine alternative to seed oils for cooking and frying.
Grapeseed oil
A healthy product made from grape seeds and rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. Its light, clean flavor and very high cooking point make it suitable for all uses in the kitchen, both raw and for cooking at high temperatures.
