OLIOFFICINA FESTIVAL 2017
A new appointment with the festival dedicated to olive oil, created and directed by Luigi Caricato and now in its sixth edition. “OliOfficina, condimenti per il palato & per la mente” expect us at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan from 2 to 4 of February 2017.
The title, this year, is “ENERGY! OLIVE OIL IN MOTION “. The theme builds on the word energy, meaning strength, vigor, ability to make a change, going beyond the overused statement, “quiet as the oil.” In the six halls of Palazzo delle Stelline we could attend presentations, conferences and talk shows from packaging to design and health, to tasting tests and blending.
We participate on Saturday, February 4 at 13.00 at the Leonardo Hall, to “Oof New Trends” with a speech on the theme “The new wave of Italian oil. We are ready for the big breakthrough?”, regarding the controversial and contradictory world of olive oil, in a country ontologically reluctant to change and innovation.
With Cristina Santagata intervene Agostino Sommariva, Sommariva Tradizione Agricola, and Marco Camplone, director external relations De Cecco.
