OliOfficina Festival, an important event
“OliOfficina Festival – Seasoning for the palate and for the mind” is a cultural project that aims at broadening the knowledge on olive oil, vinegar and all condiment, as well as the enhancement of a healthy and correct diet as an approach to preventive medicine and a source of well-being.
Created and organized by Luigi Caricato, it is a major event for the Italian olive oil sector thanks to scientific insights, round tables, tasting sessions and to the important contribution it offers to the expansion of a responsible olive oil culture.
The festival will take place from 1-3 February at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan. Once again, our company will take part in this important initiative.
