Santagata - News - Recipe “Fritto Misto” (Fried Fish)

Among the greedy dishes, there is the mixed of fried fish. Fundamental, in addition to the quality of the fish, is the olive oil used to fry. We suggest our Santagata olive oil, try to believe it!

Ingredients:

500 gr. of shrimps
500 gr. of scampis
500 gr. of small squids
3 eggs
flour type “00”
corn flour
500 ml of olive oil Santagata

Preparation:

Pass the shrimps and the squids into the egg and then into the corn flour, bake squids in flour “00”.
Bring the oil to temperature and fry.
