Santagata 1907 at SIMEI 2022
Santagata 1907 will participate in the 29th edition of SIMEI – Salone Internazionale Macchine per Enologia e Imbottigliamento (International Enological and Bottling Equipment Exhibition) to be held at the Fiera di Milano from 15th to 18th November 2022 to discuss sustainability and technologies supporting production and prevention.
SIMEI, Salone Internazionale Macchine per Enologia e Imbottigliamento (International Enological and Bottling Equipment Exhibition), is the most important exhibition dedicated to quality beverages in Italy and the world reference point for the oenology sector, as well as an important showcase for all technologies related to the beer, oil and spirits chain in general.
On Thursday 17th November at 11.30 a.m. we will be present at stand A29/B30 Hall 2 of the Milan Fairgrounds together with Luigi Caricato, writer, journalist and creator of the Olio Officina project, and Enrico Botte, CEO of FOS Spa, to talk together about the Green Plan and smart agriculture.
The climate is changing and at the same time it is necessary to adapt to the changes taking place in the field. Doing it in a sustainable way is the most virtuous and inevitable path to take. This is where smart agriculture comes in, with highly innovative IoT (Internet of things) solutions. There is the system that simulates indoor cultivation in the field, so as to create a digital twin of the plant. And there are the smart traps for intelligent and timely control and monitoring of pest control. The only watchword is sustainability.
